oh HAY! Kyra here, I’m so happy you grazed across “naturally kyra” blog today! I am a natural minded mama who has a passion for healthy whole food, digestive health, holistic/natural remedies, yoga, non-toxic green living, healthy baby/pregnancy and motherhood!
After years of struggling with autoimmune disease, leaky gut, food intolerances, loss of period and hormone imbalance, I was finally able to HEAL my body NATURALLY using whole foods, non-toxic living and mindfulness. I truly believe that food is medicine and that each of us is our own best doctor!
I wanted a space to share what I’ve learned through my experiences living a holistic & natural lifestyle, and how this way of living can truly prevent disease, heal our bodies, and help us to attain the best quality of life possible for our families. My babies (my big man one & my little one hehe) are the most important thing in my life and so my life goal is to ensure optimal health and balance for them and myself.
